My love of people, architecture, design and the art of negotiation is what drew me to real estate after years of working in the business world. The experience I gained as a corporate executive and then small business owner has proven instrumental in real estate. Having personally had three houses built and completely renovated two others allows me to provide guidance and vision to my buyers on a homes potential and the associated cost with making changes. I have also been offering design assistance throughout the years which is something I share with my sellers helping to ensure they get the most for their home.
